Black and White Brownies
6 squares Baker's white chocolate, cut into chunks, and lightly coated with flour
8 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1½ cups butter
3 cups sugar
1½ cups flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
Prepare 2 greased and floured 8" square pans, and pre-heat stove to 350 F (180 C).
Melt the chocolate and the butter on LOW or DEFROST until the chocolate is melted. Allow to cool.
Beat the eggs until lemon-colored. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick, about 3 minutes.
Stir in the melted butter and chocolate mixture.
Fold in flour, vanilla, and white chocolate chunks.
Pour into pans, and bake for 35 minute for moist brownies, and 40 minutes for drier brownies.
