Thai Red Curry of Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon fish sauce
peeled sweet red bell pepper, very finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh coriander
500 g shrimp
teaspoon MSG and salt to taste


Instructions:
Stir fry the onions and shrimp in hot peanut oil for 3 minutes, then the rest of the ingredients until tender.
