Beef Burgundy

Ingredients:

2 lbs good quality beef such as sirloin, cubed
2 lbs mushroom
2 packages small white picking onions
2 lbs baby carrots
2 lbs baby potatoes
red wine - enough to almost cover ingredients
Parsley, white pepper, MSG and salt to taste
red wine


Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in pot, and simmer until wine is reduced, for approx. 2 hours.

If necessary, thicken with a bit of cornstarch or thin with a bit more wine.
