Blueberry Chutney Ingredients: 3 cups fresh blueberries ¼ cup minced onion 1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar ½ cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch Cinnamon stick Dash salt Instructions: Combine all ingredients, bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil 1 minute and remove cinnamon stick. Cool, cover well and refrigerate. This makes a lot - you'll definitely have some left over. Just freeze in small quantities. BACK |
