Eileen's Noodle Kugel
Ingredients: 12 oz. Package of egg noodles 500 g creamed 1% cottage cheese 500g 1% plain yogurt 4 eggs, beaten ½ cup margarine, melted ½ cup sugar ½ teaspoon lemon juice Topping: 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes 2 teaspoon cinnamon 4 tablespoon melted margarine Instructions: Cook and drain noodles. Combine with all other ingredients, place in rectangular dish. Combine topping ingredients and cover noodle mixture. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. BACK |
