Fat-Free Banana Bread
Ingredients: 3 chunked bananas 2 eggs 2 cups flour ¾ cup sugar ¼ cup milk 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ cup MILK chocolate chips, or fresh Walnuts slightly coated with flour (note: this adds fat to the recipe) Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Butter and flour one loaf pan (that’s the hardest part) Put all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large bowl. Mix with an electric beater, notice how much fun it is when a banana chunk passes through the beaters. Blend in the chocolate chips with a spoon, pour into the pan and bake for a hour while someone else cleans up the kitchen. BACK |
