Thai Green Curry of Fish

Ingredients:
500g white fish
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 tablespoons green curry paste
½ cup fresh basil leaves, whole
3 dried kaffir leaves
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
2 strips lime or lemon peel
1 tablespoon brown sugar
MSG 1 tablespoon
salt to taste


Instructions:
Heat oil in sauce pan, stir curry paste.

Add everything else except the fish, and bring to a gentle boil. Add the fish and simmer for 8-9 minutes.
