Korean Pancakes with Scallions

Ingredients:
½ cup wheat flour (from oriental grocery shop, it has different properties)
¼ cup rice flour
¾ cup water
1 egg
3 shallots, sliced lenghtwise
1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 medium cooked shrimp, sliced in halves


Instructions:
Fry mixture in peanut oil like a pancake, adding shrimps, sliced shallots and sliced red bell peppers.

Serve with Korean dipping sauce.
