Ingredients: 2/3 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 3/4 cup cake flour or 1 2/3 all-purpose flour 1/3 cup cocoa Instructions: Cream butter with sugar, then add the egg and beat until smooth. Blend flour and cocoa into the moist ingredients at slow speed, again until smooth. Drop onto greased cookie sheet with a cookie press. Bake at 350 F for 14 minutes. BACK |
