Mango Chutney

Ingredients:
3 ripe fresh mangoes
1 ½ cup sugar
1/3 white vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon powdered ginger
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
pepper to taste
chili powder to taste


Instructions:
Slice mango finely and combine with all other ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered, stirring regularly, until thickened.
