Pad Thai

200 g cooked medium width rice noodles or egg fettucine
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, coarsely chopped
200g pork
100g shrimp
150 g bean sprouts
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar or teaspoon MSG
2 eggs, slightly beaten
cup chopped peanuts
3 tablespoons chopped coriander

Fry meats in oil until cooked.

Add everything else (except egg, noodles and peanut) and cook for one minute.

Add cooked noodles and mix. Push to the side of the pan, crack the eggs in the freed space.

When the eggs are beginning to set but are still runny, mix with the noodles until cooked.

Serve sprinkled with peanuts.
