Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients: 1 package (8oz) Baker's unsweetened chocolate 1/3 cup butter 3 eggs 1 1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup flour (that's right!) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup white chocolate chips Instructions: Melt the butter and chocolate on'defrost' in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes. Beat eggs until light colored and fluffy, at high speed with whisk for 3-5 minutes. Slowly beat in the sugar followed by the vanilla. While beating the egg and sugar mixture, slowly add the melted chocolate and butter. Fold in the remaining dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking power. Blend in the white chocolate chips. Refrigerate the cookie dough for no more than 30 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Scoop the cookie dough on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. BACK |
