Thai Sweet Chili Pork
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 onions, thinly sliced in rings
1 red chili, seeded and chopped
500g pork, thinly sliced
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup water
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 coriander plant, chopped
Fry onion and pork in oil until brown.
Stir in the rest and heat moderately for about 5 minutes, or until sauce is syrupy.
