Thai Sweet Lamb with Coriander

2 red seeded, chopped chilies
6 coriander plants, chopped
peanut oil
500g sliced lamb meat
1 onion, thinly sliced in rings
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
cup brown sugar
cup water

Fry lamb and onions in oil until browned.

Stir in the rest and heat moderately for about 5 minutes, or until sauce is syrupy.
